End of Life Celebrations

It is an absolute privilege to conduct a 'Celebration of a Life" ceremony. Walking the journey with a family who are experiencing loss and grief is a time when compassion as well as empathy is much needed and appreciated. There is sometimes shock and disbelief, sometimes preparedness, sometimes relief when one is suffering but one thing is certain, families wish to farewell their loved one in the best possible way they can; to honour the life that was well lived.  There are many tears, lots of reminiscing and some laughter as the family reflect on the great times spent with their loved one. Sharing in this is really special for me. 

The formation of the ceremony to celebrate their loved one's life is prepared collaboratively and the family will be guided by the Celebrant with regards to the Order of Service, rituals, Eulogies and symbolic gestures that involve others and create wonderful memories for the family as they remember the life of their loved one.

I work both independently and with a variety of Funeral Homes. I always liaise with Funeral Directors and Funeral Arrangers to support their requirements as well as the needs of the family.
